Companies I love: Vision Art
It is no secret that I love the albums that I create for my clients. I show them off to anyone who comes into the studio for a photos session or consultation and I then proceed to talk their ear off about the albums. I simply love them. The quality that Vision Art provides is top notch. After photographing professionally for nine years, I have not found another supplier who I would use at this point. Although they are located in the USA, I normally receive an album about two weeks after ordering it. If there has ever been an issue with one of my albums, Vision Art has immediately called me to talk about it.
The colours in these albums are incredible – they totally match the colour on my monitor. The black & whites make my heart sing. I love seeing the textures in those greys. The greatest selling point for me on these albums is that the pages lay flat. This means that no space is wasted on a gutter and you can then have one image displayed – uninterrupted – over a spread in the album. I also love that the dust jackets do not have to match the actual album cover and I definitely have fun with that when designing these albums.
This album featured here is 9×12 with a custom cover and dust jacket. I design all of my albums myself. The clients choose their images and I do the layouts. I like to keep the layouts clean and simple so that the design does not take away from the actual images.
This album is a 10×10 linen cover album with a custom photo strip. There are a number of choices for the colour of the linen including this cute sparkly gold.
